Using the app

You must be 18 or older to use interSX. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

You agree to use interSX lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the app or its signal engine
• Use the app in a way that could damage, overload, or impair our servers
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login with others. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@intersx.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Not financial advice

interSX is an informational tool. Everything in the app — AI summaries, signal scores, analyst personas, FLUX's trading decisions — is generated for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or dealer.
• Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
• Past signal performance does not indicate future results.
• The Signal Challenge is a simulated game using virtual funds. It does not reflect real investment outcomes.

Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

interSX offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly at $7.99 USD through Google Play (Android). iOS billing will be handled through the App Store when available.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Market data

Market data in interSX (prices, charts, quotes) is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for informational purposes only. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of market data.

AI-generated content

interSX uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate summaries, signals, and analysis. AI-generated content can be wrong. It may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Do not make financial decisions based solely on AI-generated content in this app.

Intellectual property

interSX, the ReapX Labs name, the signal matching engine, and all app content are owned by ReapX Labs (ABN 34 630 260 594). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Stock logos are provided by AllInvestView and are subject to their respective ownership.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep interSX running reliably but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReapX Labs is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damages arising from your use of interSX. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We operate from Australia and that is the jurisdiction we can practically deal with disputes in.

If you are located outside Australia, your local consumer protection laws may also apply and nothing in these terms is intended to override rights you have under your own local laws. However, by using interSX you agree that any formal dispute will be handled under Victorian law to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
